Common Questions

Do you accept Medicaid?

We're currently completing our Medicaid transportation credentialing. In the meantime, we're happy to help with private-pay rides — call us to ask about your specific situation.

Will the driver help me from my door to the car?

Yes. Our drivers are trained to assist with wheelchairs and walkers, and will walk with you from your door to the vehicle and back.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead when possible, but call us for urgent requests — we'll do our best to accommodate.

What if I need to cancel or change my ride?

Call us as soon as you know. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may include a small cancellation fee.

What areas do you serve?

Miami-Dade County today, with Broward County planned next.

How much will my ride cost?

Pricing depends on the vehicle type you need and whether it's a one-way or round trip. You'll see an estimated fare while booking online, and we'll confirm the exact price when we call to finalize pickup details.
